The America Visa Lottery DV2025 Update
The America Visa Lottery DV2025 will be held in October 2024 and the First Visa Bulletin for DV2025 released shows the following:
It is projected that that at least 131,000 winners will be selected at the end of the lottery for the America Green Card.
The DV-2025 registration period opens on October 4, 2023, and closes on November 7, 2023 12:00 PM EST.
DV-2025 Entrants should keep their confirmation number until at least September 30, 2025. This will allow them to keep checking for late draw results of those selected for the green card.

America Green Visa Lottery DV2025 selectee numbers
This visa bulletin also has the DV2025 selectee numbers. It looks like we have another overs elected year at 131K. Table below gives a fair idea of how many winners will be selected from each region of the world.

For those who applied for the 2024 lottery in 2023, they have until September 30, 2024, to check the status of their entry through this website. The DV-2024, registration period was from October 5, 2022, until November 8, 2022.
