The school is an educational institution for girls in Cape Coast and it was founded in 1836 and named after the founder of Methodism, John Wesley.

2. ACHIMOTA SCHOOL
Achimota also places second for the most beautiful schools in Ghana. Achimota is a co-educational boarding school at Achimota in Accra. The school was formally opened in 1927 by Sir Frederick Gordon Guggisberg. The school’s motto is” Ut Omnes Unum Sint”.
