11. Do not write long, winding sentences. Such sentences easily create grammar and punctuation issues for you.
12. Brainstorm your answers and jot down your points down before you attempt to answer the question.
13. Always read through your official letter.
14. Use a good concluding paragraph without using words such as inconclusion to sum up, among others.
15. Ensure that you have a good subscription. Use yours faithfully. This should be followed by your signature, followed by your full name, and finally, your position or title in a bracket.

Title suggested: Urgent developmental projects are needed in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.

Points to consider:

1. Roads to link the constituency to major towns  Describe the current nature of the roads and their negative impact, then make the request.
2. Increase in crime and crime-related activities: describe the current nature of crime and mention specific examples, then make the request for a police station, a watchdog committee, or streetlights to light up the locality at night.
3. Increase malaria and cholera outbreak: describe the current nature of malaria and cholera as well as what is causing them to increase, then make the request for education, health posts, and communal labour towards keeping the environment clean, among others.
4. Increased unemployment among the youth  Explain why this is the case and give examples of what the youth are doing or saying about the lack of jobs. This should be followed by you offering suggestions such as skills training and support for the youth so that they can start their own businesses and employ others, the government establishing factories to process agricultural products of the community to create jobs for the youth, and others.
